Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
Processing time: All orders are verified, quality checked, and packaged before being sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. The delivery usually takes about 5-8 business days.

Tracking
1. You should receive an email and SMS within 2-3 business days that your order has been shipped.
2. Please click on the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email and SMS to track your orders.

Orders Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order (clothing size, shipping address, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to myteez.in@outlook.com within 2 HOURS of placing your order.

Refunds and Replacement:
We do not provide refunds. However, we do offer replacements for products that are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a replacement.

For products without any manufacturing defect or fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.150 for T-Shirts weighted under 500 grams, reverse pick-ups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are NOT at fault.

Exchange should be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Procedure for Exchange:
To request a replacement, please get in touch with us at myteez.in@outlook.com. We will work with you to ensure that the replacement product is shipped to you as quickly as possible. Please note that replacements are subject to availability.

The purchased amount will be refunded as a Gift Card through E-mail and can be used on our website.

What can be exchanged?

1. All items purchased on MyTeez.in can be exchanged
2. The product should be returned in the condition it was received
3. The tags should be intact
4. The garment purchased from our website should be unworn and unwashed.
5. An item can only be exchanged once
6. In case of manufacturing defects or quality issues, Customers are requested to share an image/video on (email ID) of the product received for verification purpose within 24 hours of the delivery. We can process a replacement or return only after completing the verification process.
