  • Creating an Account: To purchase products, you need to register for an account. Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. 
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not guarantee that the information is error-free, complete, or current. 
  • Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include shipping charges and applicable taxes. 
  1. Orders and Payments
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation message. 
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website. Payment must be made in full before shipment for all customized orders and in half for all other orders. Cash on Delivery is available at an additional cost, details for which can be found at checkout. 
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Shipping Policy: We ship to various locations within India. Shipping times and charges are provided at checkout. 
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Return Policy: There is no return policy but if you received damaged or incorrect product you may return the product within 7 days of delivery but contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the concern. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We will also need a video of opening the package to ensure best interest of buyer and the seller. 
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of MyTeez and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.
